Eligibility

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable carrier.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

To exchange, simply indicate your desired replacement item in your refund request email.

Non-Refundable Items

Clearance, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email sales@p3exotics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
