Refund Policy

At P3 Exotics, we aim for your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how refunds work:

  1. Eligibility

    • You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or exchange.

    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  2. How to Request

    • Email sales@p3exotics.com with your order number, item(s), and reason.

    • We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

  3. Return Shipping

    • Unless the return is due to our error, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

    • We recommend using a trackable carrier.

  4. Refund Process

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

    • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges

    • To exchange, simply indicate your desired replacement item in your refund request email.

  6. Non-Refundable Items

    • Clearance, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email sales@p3exotics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
