Shipping Policy

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class or UPS Ground): 3–5 business days
• Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air): 2 business days
• Overnight Shipping (UPS Next Day Air): 1 business day
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

International Shipping

• Available to most countries via USPS Priority International or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
• Delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination & customs).
• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
• You can also view your order status in your account dashboard.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Hazardous or liquid products may have additional carrier restrictions.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

Eligibility

1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
3. Sale items, gift cards, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at sales@p3exotics.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Pack your item securely (including all original accessories and documentation) and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping

• Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Refund covers the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• To exchange an item, simply indicate your desired replacement SKU in your return request email.
• If the replacement item’s value differs, we’ll provide instructions for any additional payment or refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, email sales@p3exotics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage/defect.
• We will arrange for a prepaid return or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
